Terms and Conditions

Ordering
Place your order conveniently through our website. We also accept written orders via email or fax (form attached), or by phone if preferred. For wholesale pricing, a minimum order of 6 pieces per style and color is required.

Will Calls
Pre-payment is required for will calls. Pick-up times are available from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please contact us 24 hours in advance to confirm your pick-up time.

Walk-in Orders
Walk-in orders can be placed between 9:30 am and 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Your order will be ready for pick-up 2 hours after placement. For a smoother experience, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants.

Samples
Samples are available for purchase, with shipping fees applied. Please note that samples are non-returnable.

Changing / Canceling an Order
Additions to existing orders may be treated as separate new orders and billed and shipped accordingly. Cancellations on shipped orders will incur shipping fees, and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may have a 2%–5% variance from the original request, which will be reflected on the invoice.

Receipt of Deposit
A deposit confirms full approval of your sales order, including style numbers, sizes, colors, artwork, labels, and other customizations.

Pricing, Quantities, Styles, Specifications, Shrinkage, and Colors
All prices are per piece and subject to change without notice. Neil & David Blank Apparel reserves the right to discontinue or change styles, colors, sizes, or fabrics without prior notice. Actual colors may vary due to dye lots, and we recommend allowing for 3%–8% shrinkage in cotton products.

Payment & Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and COD. Additional forms of payment include money orders, wire transfers, and cashier’s checks. A $35.00 fee applies to returned checks. COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery; freight fees will be charged in such cases.

Freight & Shipping
Freight charges are based on the total weight of your order and apply to all shipments, including backorders. Customers are responsible for shipping to multiple locations. Neil & David Blank Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed orders, and freight charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, whether or not an RA# is issued. Altered, decorated, re-labeled, or washed items are non-returnable, even if defective or shipped incorrectly.

Claims
Claims for shortages, pricing errors, or defective merchandise must be submitted within 5 days of receipt. Damaged shipments must be reported directly to the delivery driver (FedEx/UPS), and a photo of the damages should be emailed to Neil & David Blank Apparel to assist with the claim.

Claim Process:
Contact our Claims Department by using the Return Form 

Provide the reason for the return/claim.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained and clearly marked on the return boxes.
