Return and Exchange Policies

1. Return Authorization Required

  • All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before being sent back.

2. Timeframe & Restocking Fee

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
    A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns and exchanges.
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. No Returns After 30 Days

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days, even if you have an RA#.
  • Unauthorized returns, exchanges, or COD shipments will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

4. Defective Merchandise & Non-Returnable Items

  • The 20% restocking fee does NOT apply to defective items (see Claims policy).
  • Items that have been altered, decorated (printed), re-labeled, or washed are
  • NOT returnable, even if defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • Customers must inspect merchandise before printing or washing to ensure quality.

5. No Reimbursement for Alterations

  • We do not cover costs for decoration, printing, re-labeling, or any modifications made to the items.

For any return requests, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending your items back.

 

  • If you need to add items, your request may be processed as a new order and shipped separately. Call us at 888-529-3883, and our sales team will assist you.
  • If you need to cancel an order, but it has already shipped:
    • You’ll be charged for shipping both ways.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

 

Delivery and Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $350 within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations do not qualify for free shipping under Neil & David’s policy.

Free shipping is provided through FedEx’s most economical service. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method based on factors such as order size and shipping destination.

Important: Separate Orders for Free Shipping
To qualify for free shipping, orders containing back ordered and in-stock products must be placed separately. Free shipping does not apply to combined orders of back ordered and in-stock items.

Exclusions: Free shipping is not available for back ordered items, custom orders, products with special pricing, or items on sale.

Freight charges are based on the total weight of your order and apply to all shipments, including backorders. Freight fees are charged for backorders separately.

For shipments to multiple locations, each location will incur separate shipping charges. If shipping from multiple vendor locations, each will be billed individually for shipping.

Neil and David® is not responsible for lost or delayed orders, and freight fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Our shipping process involves several steps, including receiving, processing, and fulfilling your order. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order. 

If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order. 

Wholesale

Yes! If you plan to buy from us at wholesale pricing and resell our products, you’ll typically need a seller’s permit (resale certificate). This allows you to purchase without paying sales tax and legally resell the items.

For buyers outside of California, different rules may apply. Check with your local tax authority for resale requirements.

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must purchase at least 6 pieces of the same style and color—mixing colors or styles does not count toward the minimum.

  • If you buy 6 or more of the same item (same style & color), you get our wholesale discount.
  • If you buy 1–5 pieces, you’ll pay the regular retail price.
