How do I get a list of products and images for my website?
Once approved as a dropshipping partner, we will provide you with a CSV file containing product details, high-quality images, and pricing information to upload to your website seamlessly.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed and packed within 2-3 business days.
How long does shipping take? When will my customer receive their order?
Shipping times vary based on the destination. For customers in the U.S., estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after processing.
Will I receive tracking information for my orders?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the shipment’s progress.
Can I return items?
Yes, we accept returns for unused and undecorated items. If you need to return an item, please email our customer support team. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Click Here to request a return.
Please note: Items that have been decorated, printed, or customized cannot be returned.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation by contacting us at accounting@neilanddavid.com with your name and order number.
After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
Can I have items shipped to my address instead of directly to my customers?
No, our dropshipping program is designed to ship orders directly to your customers. If we detect that you are shipping orders to yourself, you may be removed from the program.
Do you offer branded packing slips or custom packaging?
Currently, all orders are shipped using neutral packaging without Neil & David branding, making it easy for you to maintain your brand identity.
Do you charge any fees to join the dropshipping program?
No, there are no upfront costs or membership fees to join our dropshipping program. You only pay for the items your customers order.
How do I handle customer service inquiries from my customers?
As the retailer, you are responsible for handling customer service and returns. However, if there are any issues with fulfillment or shipping, our team is here to assist you.
